Surveys of Voter Attitudes on Criminal Justice Reform in FL, NC, NV, KY, MO, & WI | January 22, 2016
A multi-state poll, that surveyed voters in Missouri between January 19 and January 22, 2016, found broad bipartisan agreement on the need for criminal justice reform that spanned states as well as key demographics. Likely voters in all states polled, agreed that, among other things, we jail too many non-violent offenders, too much is spent on imprisoning non-violent offenders, and the goal of our criminal justice system should be rehabilitation.
